• Radon Testing - Reviews types of radon devices, length of time to test, using testing devices properly for reliable results, radon myths and facts, preventing or detecting test interference, and interpreting radon test results.

These are the current requirements for renewing your New Jersey architects license. We will always provide the newest information available and will update the requirements as soon as there are changes.


• To renew your Home Inspector License in the state of New Jersey, you are required to complete 40 hours of continuing education every 2 years.
• If you receive your license in the second year of the renewal cycle you must complete a minimum of 20 hours of continuing education. A licensee may carry over a maximum of 10 hours to the next renewal cycle.
• Home Inspector License expires every two years on the expiration date located on the license. Continuing education must be completed prior to expiration.
• The licensee must keep verification of continuing education completion on record for a period of 5 years. The Board will perform random audits to determine compliance with continuing education requirements.

These courses have not been approved for continuing education. However, the following courses are based on subject matter approved in most states to fulfill continuing education requirements for Home Inspectors. These courses will be beneficial to your industry.
